See that sign? Don’t bring something like this! You will regret it!

  • Anything large, clunky, or annoying to carry around! See that sign? I thought it’d be a great idea for photo ops & it did work like a charm. However, it was cumbersome & I kept forgetting it. Oops! Though it did make for an interesting story if you want to hear it click here & go to minute 11:30. If you want to bring a prop for photo ops I recommend something light & easily fits in a bag.
  • Uncomfortable shoes or clothing. You want to be sure you are comfy as there is a lot of walking.
  • Negative attitude! This is a fun conference with people that enjoying meeting new people & connecting with others they’ve only meet online.

This year I’m bringing smaller & lighter branded items. Check out Etsy to find something to suit your brand. Find me & let’s take pics together! 🙂

You need to do your homework before attending an event like #SMMW16 – you want to know which sessions are the do not miss LIVE & which you can listen to the recordings. However, this varies by individual, industry, sector, etc. Choose wisely!
